TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read our terms and conditions before using the website, if you require further information our details are available on the “Contact Us” page.
We accept various methods of payment:-
Credit/Debit Cards, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo and Switch/Maestro and these are charged
via Pounds Sterling.
Cheques drawn on UK bank in Pounds Sterling made payable to Hough Holistics.
UK Postal Orders made payable to Hough Holistics.
Cash sent via recorded delivery although we do not recommend this method of payment as it may be lost and the Post Office may not reimburse you
Please note goods will be sent out only after Cheques/PostalOrders have cleared

DELIVERY
We will dispatch the goods to you as soon as possible, in most cases this will be within two to three days of placing your order if paying by credit/debit card. We import a lot of items and although most are in stock there may be the odd occasion when we have to obtain these for you and this can take up to 28 days. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock we will contact you and provide an estimated delivery date, if you wish to change or cancel your order then let us know.
We shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by you or any other person or any other company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
We deliver worldwide , all UK deliveries are made via Royal Mail or Parcel Force for heavier items (a signature will be required for Parcel Force deliveries).
International deliveries are sent by Airmail or Parcel Force Worldwide depending on the weight of goods. All shipping costs will be charged for when you place your order, if for some reason your order does not arrive you should contact us and we will investigate
this for you.
Paganwebshop is not liable for any local taxes/duties that may be liable on international orders.
REFUNDS
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of ordering . Goods must be returned back to us in an unopened, re-saleable condition and you will receive a full refund minus any shipping and
handling charges.
Should you wish to cancel your order within the 7 days “cooling off” period please email us at sales@paganwebshop or write to us at :-

and tell us your personal details such as you name, address and phone number and the date that the order was placed, if you paid via your credit/debit card we will also need your World Pay transaction identification number.
Refunds for unwanted goods outside the 7 days “cooling off” period can only be made when the goods are returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date, in an unused, unopened and re-saleable condition. Please return items to the address above, you are advised to return them via recorded delivery as proof of postage

Credit /Debit card payments will be refunded back onto your credit card within 30 days of receiving the goods back to ourselves . Please ensure that the items you are returning are wrapped carefully as we cannot accept liability for goods damaged in transit, and also include you name address, and printed copy of your order so we can refund back to your credit/debit card if this was your method of payment.
We are unable to accept returns on earrings due to reasons of hygiene unless faulty.
We will refund delivery costs if your goods were damaged in transit on delivery to you, or the goods are faulty, you must report this within 7 days of delivery of you order via phone, post or email. In order for us to refund the full delivery amount we will need proof of your postage cost ie/ the receipt or copy of this.
This returns policy does not effect your statutory rights.
PRIVACY
Information that we receive will be treated in the strictest confidence, we do not sell trade or rent your personal details to any third parties . We only collect enough information to process your order such as name, postal address, email address if you have one. All the information collected by World Pay to process your credit card transaction is encrypted via their secure server software.

Magical items are sold as curios only, we make no claims as to their effectiveness.
We do not consider our products suitable for use on or by children.
Herbal remedies and essential oils should be used with care, and you may need to seek advice from you medical practioner before using them . Make sure you inform your medical practioner of any self treatment.
You must be 18 to purchase athames and bolines, and by buying any of these items you are confirming that you are 18 or over.
Our products are for use at your own discretion and paganwebshop take no responsibility for their use.
